Description

A large global Consultancy with an established client base is seeking a Senior CDM Advisor to join their team in their Nottingham office

The Senior CDM Advisor will provide advice to clients in line with the CDM Regulations 2015.

The successful Senior CDM Advisor must be someone who can work independently.

The CDM Advisor's Role

Supporting business unit directors in delivering business objectives
Attending regular meetings with the Principal Contractor
Mentoring and coaching employees
Working with the Principal Contractor appointed to complete the project
Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or will arise on projects
Advising and assisting the client with their duties under the CDM regulations and other construction related health and safety standards, regulations and legislations
Understand & produce Construction Phase Plans (CPP)
Provide Principal Designer duties
Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015

The CDM Advisor

NEBOSH Construction & General certificate
GradIOSH as a minimum is preferred
Good problem solving
Previous experience leading a team is preffered
Previous experience carrying out Principal Designer duties

- £45,000 - £55,000
