Star Central, which is based at our head office in Blackburn, Lancashire, provides leadership, strategic direction and support to Star Academies, Star Institute and our schools.

Who were looking for


We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and driven Regional Resourcing Partner to join our Central People and Wellbeing Team.

You will be supported in a highly motivated team environment that is focused on development and driving continuous improvement.
Based in Bradford, you will work with a portfolio of academies across the city.

We are currently operating hybrid office and homeworking arrangements. Office working will be based in one of the many Star schools located in Bradford. You will be expected to travel to your designated schools as required.


You will have:


  • A degree level qualification or substantive demonstrable experience in a relevant role.
  • Demonstrable experience of resourcing within a highvolume resourcing function or in an agency setting.
  • Experience of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to use a range of resourcingrelated software.
  • A drive and resilience to achieve objectives and to continuously improve.
