As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating new client onboarding, overseeing anti-money laundering procedures, and fostering effective communication with clients throughout the process.

Responsibilities:


  • New Client Onboarding: As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process. You will collect the necessary documentation, verify client information, and ensure a seamless experience for clients as they begin their journey with Helpbox.

Money Laundering Procedures:
Your sharp eye for detail will be instrumental in carrying out anti-money laundering procedures.

You will diligently review client information, detect suspicious activities, and adhere to regulatory requirements to safeguard Helpbox against potential risks.


  • Client Communication: You will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing them with prompt and friendly support throughout the onboarding process. Your excellent communication skills will help build strong and trustworthy relationships with our valued clients.
  • Office Administration: In addition to specific tasks related to client onboarding and antimoney laundering, you will also be involved in various standard office administrative duties. These may include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling mail, and supporting other team members as needed.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role or financial services setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
  • Attention to detail is critical to ensure compliance with antimoney laundering regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • A proactive and selfmotivated approach to work, displaying a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between £18,000 to £24,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
