Mayor's Caseworker - Residents only:
Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to work for the Mayor's Office/Democratic Services?


If you are looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to utilise your strong administration, customer service and effective communication skills, this role could be of interest to you.


As a Mayor's Caseworker, you will assist with casework, manage enquiries and corresponsdence on behalf of the Mayor, Executive members and the Mayor's Office.


You will need to be a confident communicator who will act as a point of contact and have the ability to closely with both internal and external stakeholders.


You will possess organisational skills to manage busy workloads, be competent in the use of ICT, and have experience of providing efficient and professional administration services.

You will be able to manage all enquiries in a sensitive, diplomatic and confidential manner. You will be highly motivated and committed to delivering the highest standard of service.


This role is for local residents.

The role requires someone who is flexible and prepared to work in the evenings.

Interviews will be in person and are to be held on the 29th & 30th March 2023.
