Assistant Merchandiser - Western Region & Global Outlets

(Permanent Full-Time)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

To assist Global Outlet and Western Region Market Merchandiser to implement the strategy across the western market in line with the brand vision, as well as to support the global outlet to deliver the business objectives in terms of sales, margin and stock.

To support Global outlet Strategy throughs stock management, promotion and closely monitor the margin to achieve the company goal
To support Western region order during the buying campaign across all product categories to ensure buy is in line with OTB plan
Analyse the sales performance, supervise to ensure the stock is properly managed and that replenishment is properly and timely made to seize the business opportunity
Producing weekly/monthly reporting packs and any required ad hoc analysis
Review inseason stock consolidation/transfer of merchandise within the region
Visit shops frequently in the region to provide assistance and feedback and increase performance
Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team, verify the visual aspects from an image as well as commercial point of view
To assist and coordinate on the buy and allocation of license eyewear and fragrance

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Numerate, accurate with sound analytical skills
Ability to present information and ideas clearly
Ability to work in a team environment and cross functionally (Essential)
Selfmotivated (Essential)
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong commercial skills
Knowledge of luxury market
