Are you a detailed orientated Financial Accountant who can think strategically?
If your answer is yes, then read on.
Our client is a leading manufacturer with a global brand.
You will support the wider financial team in providing reports to group management to enable long and short-term operational decisions.
Your role:
- Report Capital project approvals and expenditure
- Record cost of newly acquired fixed assets
- Track the compilation of project costs
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset register to relevant accounts
- Prepare audit schedules
- Provide adhoc analytical support
- Implement and ensure compliance with Fixed Asset Policy and Procedures
- Coordinate investment committee meetings
Your background:
- Previous fixed asset management experience is key
- Good technical financial accounting skills
- Preferably qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or similar) partqualified will be considered
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
- An eye for detail with a diligent and cando attitude
- Good command of Excel
- A confident and effective communicator
