We are recruiting for a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or Conveyancer to join the Property department of an established Private Practice Law firm in Rochester.

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive Law firm in Kent with opportunity forcareer development.

What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?:

Managing varied Residential Property matters from the outset to post completion formalities.
Drafting Contracts, Transfer deed, and title reports.
Dealing with sales and purchases (Freehold and Leasehold), Remortgages, Transfer of Equity.
Managing and developing client relationships.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or Conveyancer with experience in Residential Property.
Good technical competence within Residential Property.
