Are you a motivated and ambitious sales individual? Our client is now looking for a Sales Supervisor to join their team in Leigh, Greater Manchester.


The company
Our client provides an end-to-end nationwide distribution business. They're continually introducing new and improved products and bringing some of the world's most iconic parts to the market.


The role
As a Sales Supervisor, you'll sell strategically to both existing customers and new customers to achieve company objectives.

You will motivate and coach a hybrid desk-based sales team and work alongside the commercial teams to sell products within a pricingstructure to the growing customer base.


  • Other responsibilities include: _
  • Providing analytical data to the senior management team
  • Selling products to the existing customer base, promoting key features
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Achieving a set number of calls daily
  • Recording appropriate call information
  • Attaining a high level of technical product knowledge
  • Seeking and strategic selling to new customers
  • Maintaining and observing a high degree of professionalism

The requirements

  • Degree Educated in a relevant discipline (desirable)
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable working with inbound and outbound sales
  • Innovative and able to resolve challenges
  • Building and maintaining accurate product knowledge
  • Able to thrive in a teamorientated environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • Positive, driven and results orientated
  • Able to commute to Leigh, Greater Manchester
  • Does not require sponsorship
