Job Profile
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will:
- Help record and book works via our computerized Works System.
- Assist in planning and communicating workloads to engineers.
- Communicate with customers the current status of works.
- Produce management reports as requested.
- Process expenses claims.
- Process engineer time sheets, job sheets, etc.
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely and fully supported invoicing of works completed.
- Timely, accurate and detailed Reporting of all Service Desk activities to the Service Desk Manager/ Managing Director, as requested.
You will require
- Good knowledge of general building refurbishment and maintenance.
- Proven administrative experience with a Service Desk Environment.
- Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Verbal and Written Communication skills proven at all levels.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and in a team with a strong work ethic.
- IT knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
