Job Profile

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will:

  • Help record and book works via our computerized Works System.
  • Assist in planning and communicating workloads to engineers.
  • Communicate with customers the current status of works.
  • Produce management reports as requested.
  • Process expenses claims.
  • Process engineer time sheets, job sheets, etc.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely and fully supported invoicing of works completed.
  • Timely, accurate and detailed Reporting of all Service Desk activities to the Service Desk Manager/ Managing Director, as requested.

You will require

  • Good knowledge of general building refurbishment and maintenance.
  • Proven administrative experience with a Service Desk Environment.
  • Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Verbal and Written Communication skills proven at all levels.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a team with a strong work ethic.
  • IT knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 2 years (required)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
