The Role

Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an experienced and confident Customer Liaison Officer to join our Birmingham Team.

The work is based in southern Birmingham with travel potentially across the city.

Working on a full-time basis, you will aim to deliver and improve the level of customer and client satisfaction across the planned works project, through engaging tenants and offering support to the Site Team in their duties.

The Project

Working on planned maintenance and refurbishments/renewals, you will play a key role in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications, liaising with customers and residents to ensure a clear understanding of the nature and scope of works happening.

You will coordinate access arrangements as necessary, ensuring any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively, in order for works to be completed to schedule.

Collecting a large amount of the residents data in an accurate manner is crucial as this information will be used as part of our clients funding process.
