My client, a long standing organisation in Bilston are seeking an Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.


The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Being the point of contact for Customers, Drivers and fitters
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details
  • Prioritising workload
  • Liasing with a variety of different departments
  • Providing 1st class customer service

The suitable Customer Service Advisor will:

  • Have previous experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrate a Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows and the Office packages
  • Be selfmotivated and organised individual
  • Possess strong telephone communication skills
  • Have the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Be able to demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills, both written and verbal
