Salary Details:
£23,057.96 to £27,220.44 Per Annum


About the role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who has the vision, expertise and ambition to join a team of committed construction specialists and support them in their drive for growth and an ambitious, careers focussed curriculum.

The role is student facing with a priority on skills development to ensure students are successful in their chosen careers and construction discipline.

The role will support an existing team of experienced Programme Leaders, helping them to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.


About you
To meet our expectations, you will be highly motivated and enthusiastic.

You will be able to demonstrate outstanding teaching and learning in a range of construction settings but specifically Carpentry and Joinery, retro fit and some multi-skill disciplines.

You will be well versed in both traditional and modern construction techniques and will be able to impart this knowledge onto others.


Whilst this post is a teaching role, you may not yet hold any formal teaching qualifications and we would be able to support you in achieving these once successfully appointed.

You will have the drive and ambition to improve the outlook for a range of students, providing them not just with skills but the right attitudes and behaviours to be successful in the Construction Industries.
