The Role


Key purpose of the role is to actively conduct stock condition surveys across the stock ensuring any changes to stock are accurately and consistently recorded to update the organisation's asset management system through robust, accurate and concise data.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Carry out stock condition surveys for dwellings, blocks, communal areas, garages and other assets, internally and externally, highlighting items for repair which will inform future programmes of work.
  • Work closely with all other staff within the Asset Management team providing technical advice and support on all aspects of asset management.
  • Capture data to ensure compliance with Decent Homes and the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) with knowledge of the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018.
To be considered for this role you will require HNC or ONC in a building related field desired.

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in domestic stock condition surveying would be required to satisfactorily undertake this role
  • Experience in carrying out stock condition surveys and knowledge and understanding of the governments decent homes standard, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) with knowledge of the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018.


The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£28 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
