As a Collections Advisor you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound communication from a UK customer base, providing resolutions and helping customers get back on track with their payments.

The Collections Advisor will be working in a brand new state-of-the-artoffice, based in Salford Quays, and joining a interactive team.
Description
As a Collections Advisor, you will be:
- As a Collections Advisor you'll be supporting customers with queries
- You'll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries
- Provide solutions to collections enquiries such as cash collection, customer correspondence, Direct Debit
- Maximise collections activity
- Problem and query resolution
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Complete additional adhoc admin and other daytoday duties when requested
Profile
To be successful, in this role:
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong IT skills
