Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation in Barnet which is looking to recruit a Reporting Lead on an interim basis for 12 weeks initially.

The role is outside the scope of

outside IR35.


What we are looking for:

Qualifications:


  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline.
Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar business analyst role
  • Experience in Real Time Systems support in related areas, such as transport, land use transport planning
  • Experience in Real Time System data capture, maintenance of end points and reporting
  • Understanding and knowledge of transport planning and systems, urban planning policies, local government legislation, council practices and constraints

Responsibilities:


  • Developing And Building Reports
  • Working With Users To Draft Specifications
  • Ensuring The Accuracy And Completeness Of Reports
  • Prioritising Reporting Demands
  • Drafting And Maintaining A Report Catelogue
  • Liasing With The System Implementer (SI) Reporting Lead
  • Reviewing And Testing Reports
  • Reviewing The SI Seeded Reports
  • Making Recommendations To Users Regarding Optimum Reports To Utilise For Their Specific Needs
  • Develop Reports Which Meet Cross Council Requirements
  • Ensuring That The Management Information Enhances User Effectiveness (No Workarounds Or Futher Manipulation Of Data Needed)
  • Ensure That All Reports Developed Aid Efficiency For The End User
  • Maintain Confidentiality Of Data At All Times
  • Pass On Knowledge To BAU Team, Including Report Development Skills
