South Buckinghamshire - SEN Teaching Assistant

Immediate Start

£75 - £100 per day


Simply Education are working with SEND schools in South Buckinghamshire who are looking to recruit outstanding teaching assistants to join their team.

We are searching for someone who is happy to provide both classroom support, as well as support during outdoor activities.

To be a successful SEN Teaching Assistant, you will need to possess strong behaviour management qualities and be able to quickly build rapport with both students and staff members.

You may be required to work 1:1 with a particular child, or support within a small class.

FREE TEACHING ASSISTANT COURSE PROVIDED & SEND CPD

We are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who:

  • Has recent experience working with children, inside or outside of a classroom environment (SEND experience preferred but not essential)
  • Has strong classroom management skills.
  • Can promote cultural development.
  • Can quickly build rapport with colleagues and students.
  • Can close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities.
