Holt Executive are partnered with an Aviation company based in Bournemouth, which specialises in three main business aircraft. Due to continued company growth, they immediately require a
Technical Records Administrator to join and support the Planning Department.

This position has the opportunity to progress within the Planning Department.

Key Responsibilities for the
Technical Records Administrator:


  • Carry out Quality Checks on work packs against current regulations and company procedures.
  • Production of Logbook Certificates.
  • Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to company procedures.
  • Archive documentation in the correct location and in the correct format in line with company procedures.
  • Distribute and track delivery of work packs and documentation to third party customers.
  • Carry out tasks, within capabilities, to assist other departments within the organisation.
Key Skills and Experience for the
Technical Records Administrator:

  • Previous experience in Part 145 or Part M organisation, Technical Records, Planning or Technical Services role would be beneficial.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and be highly organised.
  • Must have previous data entry, auditing, and filing experience.
