Lisa Wright Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to work for a company based in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire.

The company are market leaders in their field and offer a friendly team environment. Hybrid working is available for this role.

Customer Service Agent duties will include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls
  • Taking and processing customer orders
  • Processing customer returns
  • Handling customer account queries
  • Keeping the computer system updated at all times.
To be considered for this Customer Service Agent role you will need:

  • A good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Professional telephone manner
Due to the location of the role, your own transport is essential. However, with transport it is easily accessible from both Peterborough and Huntingdon.


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£24,600.00 per year
