We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Corporate Development team at our Head Office site in Harrogate.

This is a part time role working 8am - 5pm, Wednesday to Friday.

Are you looking to enhance your current skills/experience in a challenging Reception area?


Our Receptionist is the first person visitors meet here at Belzona and it is therefore imperative that you have great customer service skills and a welcoming personality, ensuring that all visitors have a positive experience from the moment they arrive on site.

The Receptionist is responsible for overseeing of a number of activities including:

  • Maintaining our busy reception area, prioritising the daily duties, and proactively managing unexpected challenges
  • Answering all incoming calls to the Harrogate office
  • Looking after visitors, ensuring that security procedures are adhered to
  • Ensuring that the Reception area is a welcoming environment
  • Booking all local hospitality and international travel arrangements for staff, including hotels and transport
  • Sourcing new suppliers for our Corporate Hospitality requirements
  • Supporting the Corporate Development team with event logistics and organisation

  • Experience of booking international travel
  • Experience of booking corporate hospitality/events
  • Being a global Company, the ability to speak a different language would be beneficial.
