Fabrics & Accessories Co-ordinator

Salary £27,000- £32,000 per annum dependant on experience

North West London (Close to public transport)
**Head Office Based - Full Time

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.**
    Free Parking On Site

On an exclusive consultancy basis, C2 Recruitment are hiring for a Fabrics & Accessories Co-ordinator for a Luxury homewares/furniture brand who manufacturers and retails at the very top end of the market.

The role would suit a design graduate with administrative or purchasing/buying experience, wanting to progress their career within a creative, luxury design focused environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Purchase and distribution of all accessory and fabric orders for the business
  • Online order fulfilment and dispatch
  • Monitoring and maintaining accessory stock levels
  • Order processing and data entry, creating and updating records using inhouse system
  • Checking inbound accessory and fabric deliveries, allocating and distributing as required
  • Dealing with returns, exchanges and QC inspections
  • Sending fabric cuttings for approval (CFA) and confirming instructions for use
  • Arranging fabric FR treatment
  • Maintaining sample library, fabric QC and accessory stockroom areas
  • Compiling and updating accessory and fabric price lists and specification sheets
  • Liaising with internal production and logistics teams and external suppliers
  • Fabric sourcing and assembling showroom display items
  • Arranging international shipping and preparing export documentation
  • Preparing packages and arranging couriers
  • Checking and signing off accessory, fabric and courier invoices
  • General filing and ad hoc office duties as required by the business

Experience Required:


  • A background in sales administration, customer service or buying/purchasing
  • Good organisational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • A fast learner with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • A good communicator, with excellent spoken and written English
  • Good IT skills, including strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • A selfstarter who can work under own initiative
  • Degree or Diploma in a Design related discipline would be advantageous
  • Minimum Grade C/4 in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Experience within a furniture, fabrics, interiors company or showroom preferable
  • Keen interest in têxtiles, interiors and design essential
  • Languages welcome
