HANDYPERSON
***Carbon60 are looking to recruit a
Handyperson to work for a national facilities management company based in Salford on a temporary ongoing basis.

ROLE:
Handyperson

SALARY:
£14 p/h

JOB TYPE: 3 months

LOCATION:
Salford

HOURS:
Full time Monday to Friday, 7:00 - 15:00 & Overtime available

THE ROLE

To undertake General Maintenance.
To undertake Planned and Reactive Maintenance within your skill set.
Raise any H&S Issues on a portal system.
Assist other skilled trades in carrying out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Multi Skilled work experience within a maintenance environment.
Understanding of the operational procedures and safe working practices of building services.
Possess a basic DBS check.
Basic computer literate.
