Customer Experience Team Leader

Are you an experienced FCA regulated Team Leader with exceptional Customer Service skills?

Our client is looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader to join their team in Milton Keynes, working two days in the office and three days from home.


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE


Hours:
Full Time, Hyrid Role. Monday to Friday 9:30 - 5pm


Within this role you will be you are responsible for the service provided by the Customer care team; supporting customers across all business units.


Working closely with the Customer care team you'll make sure standards are achieved across all channels and that the busy Contact Centre runs effectively and efficiently.

You'll lead, coach, inspire and support your team's development to maximise performance and productivity, ensuring your team are delivering a first-class customer experience on every interaction with the customer.

It is essential that you are FCA regulated to be considered for this role.
