So, what's next? Well, digital growth is key for our client and we're looking for a results-focused and creative Senior Digital Growth Manager to light the fire and deliver exceptional growth in paid media, social, content and all things digital, drivingleads to our digital financial marketplace.

What will you be doing?


You'll find new and repeat customers through performance and organic sources, making sure we build a quality pipeline, driving CPA and ROI on all our campaigns.

You'll work with the internal CRO, award-winning media agencies, internal data and CLV teams.


As they grow, our client will be looking for someone with the potential to step up, taking on more team members, bringing on additional agencies as channel demand is realised, driving agency performance and finding new digital growth channels.

  • Relentlessly find quality leads across a mix of financial products for their conversion teams
  • Manage their key agency to deliver on target vs performance
  • Drive growth via social, content, PPC, SEO and owned digital assets
  • Test, learn and drive growth and performance in new digital channels
  • Challenge their assumptions about what good looks like and show them the data to prove it
  • Manage performance to targets across paid channels with support of agency teams, internal analysts, and conversion specialists
  • Work with the Brand, CLV, CRO teams to join up our strategic plans to get the most from their digital channels
  • Tell them the story of digital using BI tools
  • Deliver and manage to budget

What do you need?


You will need to have previous experience driving digital growth in a brand or agency environment, leading a small team or managing multiple accounts.

You will also need to have excellent working knowledge of PPC, SEO Content, Paid Social and PerformanceMarketing, ideally within financial services or other high volume trading environment.

Our client are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who is comfortable using data from all available sources to make data driven decisions e.g.

CDP, FBAds, Outbrain, GA, AHRefs SEMrush, SA360, Impact or your similar stack of growth platforms tools.

You'll need the character to lead growth across a matrixed team of highly successful colleagues.
