Our client is an exciting business who are fast growing procurement business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available to join who has a background in customer service.


  • Be the main point of contact for all matters relating to customers
  • Handle disputes or official complaints to avoid escalation
  • Build strong last relationships
  • Log all customer contact onto CRM system

The Successful Applicant:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a B2B role
  • Ability to prioritise your day to day tasks
