This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available to join who has a background in customer service.
- Be the main point of contact for all matters relating to customers
- Handle disputes or official complaints to avoid escalation
- Build strong last relationships
- Log all customer contact onto CRM system
The Successful Applicant:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a B2B role
- Ability to prioritise your day to day tasks
