What is this role of a Scheduling Coordinator?


To work as part of the Scheduling Team planning and coordinating in the operational tasks associated with ATM Installation Moves and Change.

Working in response to work requests from the Hatfield-Based Cardtronics IMAC team you will be responsible for liaising with internal departments at the Rotherham Depot, site contacts and 3rd party contractors to schedule labour resource and ensure material availability to enable ATM projects in line with forecast targets and agreed timescale SLA's.


What will I be doing as the Scheduling Coordinator?- Import sites to Sortec database and ensure all site information is organised and up to date.- Create sales and work orders within Oracle along with requesting purchase requisitions for site related orders, once the order has been fulfilled the order will need to be receipted.- Efficiently schedule and allocate site works to ATM installation, Building and Electrical teams.- Manage Asbestos contractors and checking the reports once we receive them back, this information will then need to be logged and passed on to the building team.- Pass instruction to ATM Processing Team to commission and/or upgrade ATMs ready for deployment to site.- Collate order schedules for materials/accessories incl.

signage, ATM Housings etc.- Prepare collection / delivery transport manifests for 3rd Party transport contractors.- Provide support and resolve problems encountered by ATM install teams in the field.- Sign off site works and complete work cost lines.

Investigate costing queries as and when required.- Cover additional tasks in event of sickness and annual leave in the team.- Flexibility to work additional hours when required by workload/targets.


What will I need to succeed as the Scheduling Coordinator?- Prior experience in Scheduling job role desirable.- Experience/understanding of ATM installation processes and associated build/electrical works.- IT Competency essential - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Databases etc.- Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written).


What are the personal attributes needed for the Scheduling Coordinator role?- Organised individual with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and plan workload effectively to ensure ambitious Project targets and SLA's are achieved (e.g timescales for scheduling site works).- Problem solving attitude - ability to react to short-notice/unplanned changes to works.- An enthusiastic, friendly, team player with the ability to build successful working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
