The Role:

  • We are excited to offer you the opportunity of working within the Passenger Assistant Team as a

Passenger Assistant Coordinator. We support and help children and young people, between the ages of years, with special educational needs (SEN) get to and from educational setting, ensuring they have the opportunity to learn, have fun and make new friends. By joining our team you will be contributing to safely transporting over 14,000 children to schools across Hampshire. The School Transport service has ambitious improvement plans and this role is part of fulfilling that ambition.
  • As a Passenger Assistant Coordinator, you will be joining a newly structured team,

contributing to our vision and strategy whilst ensuring standards/policies are upheld and adhered to. You will work closely with and

manage a team of Passenger Assistants to

develop, coordinate and provide them with an inclusive work environment. Experience of managing people is highly desirable.
