_Looking for a working from home recruitment role?_


MacGregor Recruitment is a specialist agency for the builders merchanting and fenestration sector, recruiting for a wide range of roles such as Trade Counter Managers, Order Processors, Regional Managers and Sales Managers for example.

Now looking to expand an opportunity has been created for a recruitment resourcer / recruitment specialist to join the journey

  • Write briefing notes and job adverts
  • Support with recruitment administration updating of the CRM (Manatal), social media posts (Paiger), job posting, formating CVs etc

Skills & Experience:

Previous recruitment resourcing for permanent job roles is highly advantageous, but not essential as training can be delivered.

The key qualities to be successful in this role are:


  • Confident on the telephone
  • Good communication & rapport building skills able to develop relationships at all levels
  • Good written English skills
  • Strong administration skills accurate data entry and IT confident ie. Word, Excel, Outlook and using CRM systems
  • Tenacity, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Being a stickler for great customer service

The Package:


  • Hours: Part time or Full time
  • Location: Working from home
  • Package: Basic £2025k DOE (pro rata)
  • Bonus scheme 10% of all placements, paid the following month
  • 25 days holiday a year plus statutory (prorata)
  • Workplace Pension

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
