A Fantastic Opportunity for a Client Relationship Officer/Business Administrator

We are looking for a well-presented, articulate person who has the ability to liaise directly with clients either via the telephone or face to face to join our Client Relationship Team based in Marylebone, London.

The successful applicant will receive:

The role will include:

Acting as an essential link between the client and the business
Maintaining customer service standards by answering all phone calls and written requests promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services that we provide
Where possible providing first time resolution to client queries
Updating and maintaining back office system
Monitoring and reporting
Assist with administration tasks as and when required
To attend client meetings and site visits when necessary
