With significant expertise in languages and area studies, study abroad and the international student experience are important elements of our education profile.

The Faculty Education Team

This is an exciting time to become the Head of Education and Student Experience (HESE) for A&H as it is the first time that we will have had a dedicated Faculty Education Team.

A key initial task, therefore, will be to work with the _to be_ newly appointed Director of Education and Student Experience (DESE) to build this team.

The draft structure is in place already (see attached organogram) but will need review and refinement by the incoming leads.

The team is responsible for the delivery of teaching and learning activities and student experience support, and all relevant Quality Assurance (QA) and regulatory compliance matters for the Faculty.

You and your team will be committed to excellent customer service.
