Position Overview:

Working within our Onboarding team, you will be responsible for having consultation calls with potential clients and assessing whether we can help them with their needs and, if we can, getting them signed up for our service

You are perfect for this role if you love variety, enjoy speaking to people, and enjoy beating targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Create an incredible first impression of Time etc with potential clients.
  • Consult, listen and build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales, revenue and activity targets.
  • Deliver a nopressure sales service to clients and offer suitable solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:


  • A proven track record in a sales or onboarding role.
  • Demonstrable history of consistently exceeding sales or revenue targets.
  • Ability to build rapport, listen and truly understand customer needs.
  • Drive, tenacity and resilience.

Pay:
From £22,325.00 per year
