You will assist the Team Leader (Estates) in the provision of an effective and efficient property management service for both leased and vacant land and buildings.

The role will involve managing the Annual Statutory Asset Valuations process, handling leasehold transactions including rent reviews, lease renewals and lettings together with undertaking valuations and any other general Estates surveying work.

The role will also involve the acquisition and disposal of property while also being actively involved in the Economic Development of the Council in areas such as the Commercial Property Investment Programme (CPIP).

The post is based within the Planning and Development service, with an element of home working in line with current Scottish Government advice.


The Individual:


You must have a good knowledge and relevant work experience in Property Management and experience in using Property Management software.

You must possess good written and oral communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative, take direction and work as part of a team.

The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and get on with people at all levels is essential. You will be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

You must have a valid driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross.
