Job Title - Service Administrator (6 month FTC)
Location

Salary - Circa £25,000 per annum pro rata

M&N is Hydro International's UK Wastewater Services (UKWWS) team. We support water utility companies by improving sewage sites across the United Kingdom.
We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join us in our Portland office in Dorset.

In this job you will
Provide general administrative support to the team:
- Project support; Filing, document handling, typing, ordering.
- Process finalised reports.
- Ordering spares and supplies both internally and externally.
- Gathering information and composing statistical data and scheduled reports.
- To book accommodation, hire cars and cover reception/switchboard as and when required.
- Sending reports and correspondence to customers.
- Deal with customer enquiries/complaints.
- Logging and organising electronic copies of work reports.
- Maintaining monthly invoicing spreadsheet/reports.
- Generating purchase orders as requested.
- Take on special projects as requested by the Department Manager.
- To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Any other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.
About You
- Current Valid Driving License
- Excellent organisational skills
- Administrative experience
- Excellent Computer skills
