Quality Assurance Program Lead (Senior Manager)
For one of our clients who are one of the largest consulting firms. We are currently searching for an experienced Quality Program Lead. This is a Senior Manager level role within the Operations Transformation Portfolio.
You will be responsible for leading and transforming the quality program across a global, multi-vendor operation. Leading Quality teams on the ground and developing talent within our Operations network.

Our client is supporting a wide range of organizationsto expand and optimize their operational capabilities and you will be at the forefront of this fast paced, innovative environment.


Role:
Quality Assurance (Programme Lead) Senior Manager

Location:
Dublin / Remote (2 days onsite)

Duration:6 months extension with extension potential


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure quality program is executed consistently across the program building a quality internal measurement for Quality Assurance
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance teams in partnership with each of the team leads
  • Engage with the Quality team on behalf of Quality Assurance on key issues, trends, insights and execution of the program
  • Engage with stakeholders on quality assurance support requirements such as training assessment corrections and coordinate across the Quality Assurance teams
  • Ensure the quality program is reflective of any program updates with appropriate management of supporting documentation
  • Manage Quality Assurance readiness for incoming changes with overview of changes and timeline, quality assurance training attendees and controls implementation timelines
  • Drive Quality program enhancement projects and initiatives to strengthen and expand coverage and insights
  • Coordinate reporting overview of quality insights identified by all teams
  • Oversee that the Quality Assurance leads are ensuring timely delivery of daytoday quality metrics from our outsourced partners against Service Level targets
  • Facilitate the identification and recommendation of improvements from Quality Assurance to policies, processes, systems, and products that mitigates risk to the company
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for the endtoend quality process to ensure consistency across the program
  • Create datadriven end to end insights on quality trends to mitigate risk
  • Ensure the Quality Assurance teams remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates
  • Launch and maintain quality programs for new products and support sites
  • Ensure integrity of quality metrics by building a support and coaching structure for quality auditors

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a Quality Assurance (QA), Operations, Analytics, Product or equivalent team.
  • Solid understanding of sampling and test methodology.
  • Experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions).
  • Experience working independently and exercising judgement.
  • Experience working as part of a global, crossfunctional team in multiple geographic regions and working with all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in Audit/Compliance area (Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Due Diligence, IDV, CX).
  • An analytical approach to reviewing large amounts of data and information focused, report writing skills and preparation of briefing and presentations.
  • Understanding of Six Sigma or equivalent process optimization.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for money service businesses (or financial institutions).
  • Experience with Excel, SQL and/or other data analysis tools.
