In the role of a Team Member, you'll play a vital role within our energetic team, actively contributing to our achievements by interacting with customers, nurturing connections, and propelling sales expansion


Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating positive first impressions.
  • Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the setup and execution of events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.

Team Member Requirements:

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as events may require.
  • Strong math skills, including proficiency in basic math calculations
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
