In the role of a Team Member, you'll play a vital role within our energetic team, actively contributing to our achievements by interacting with customers, nurturing connections, and propelling sales expansion

Team Member Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating positive first impressions.
Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Contribute to the setup and execution of events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.

Team Member Requirements:

Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
A team player who can also work independently when needed.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as events may require.
Strong math skills, including proficiency in basic math calculations
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
