Overview:
We are looking for customer care operatives to join our growing team.
As a customer care operative, you will carry out repairs and remedial works as deployed by the customer service team in occupied and unoccupied properties.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an effective and efficient customer focused service to enable firstpoint resolution for all customers.
- Take instruction from the Customer Care Manager, ensuring all customer appointments are attended on time and any materials required are sourced prior to the appointment.
- Resolve defects/general snags in a timely manner and to a high standard, ensuring all
Skills:
- Relevant decorating qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of decorating techniques, materials, finishing techniques and equipment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience on site.
- Painting / decorating
- Carpentry and joinery
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Plumbing
- Mastic
