Description
Selective Recruitment's are seeking a dedicated and motivated Transport Administrator on a temp to perm basis on behalf of their client based in Bicester


Role:
Night Transport Administrator

Location:
Bicester

Contract:
Permanent

Salary:
£26,000 to £27,310

Hours: 45 hours per week / 9 Hour Shifts

Pattern: 5 out of 7 days


This is an opportunity for a skilled individual to work alongside both the distribution and transport team to continue to deliver the high levels of results the depot is already achieving.


Role responsibilities for Transport Administrator:

  • Booking in and debriefing drivers daily
  • Recording figures for the weekly distribution analysis
  • Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
  • Verifying documents, checking numerical accuracy, and maintaining accurate complete and legible records.
  • Investigating discrepancies.
  • Responsible for dealing with customer collections.
  • Controlling and monitoring of cancelled and returned orders.
  • Maintaining customer accounts records and reconciling /verifying all cash/cheque payments.
  • Maintaining and entering information onto SAP
  • Inputting WDA data onto the system

Requirements for Transport Administrator:

  • Minimum of 1year Administration experience
  • A-Level or equivalent
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
