We are looking for a genuine, dedicated support worker in the Bournemouth area.

  • Our client is a young child who has complex needs, she requires 24/7 ventilation via a tracheostomy and is reliant on her gastrostomy for all nutrition and fluid. Your role isto meet her medical, personal care and daytoday assistance needs.

Required for the role: minimum of 1 year experience with tracheostomy and gastrostomy

  • All aspects of personal care
  • Support with communication
  • Mobility support
  • Support with medication administration
  • Accessing the community
  • Support with personal hygiene

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Must have at least 1 year experience with tracheostomy and gastrostomy:

  • Driving licence ideally
  • Communication skills
  • Help with personal care
  • Have an encouraging nature to support this Individual emotionally & psychologically
