An exciting opportunity is available to join our friendly and dynamic Crisis Resolution and Home Based Treatment Team.


We are looking for a skilled, motivated and enthusiastic Support Time Recovery Worker to join our Home Based Treatment Team to provide Home Based Treatment to patients, including visiting patients in the community to support with their recovery, aiming to treat people in the least restrictive way at home.


The Support Time Recovery Worker will follow a plan of care as agreed by the Multi Disciplinary Team, providing relevant packages of care to the patient.


We are looking for a:


  • Full time team member
  • An enthusiastic and resourceful person who can work in a multidisciplinary team, independently and with initiative
  • Ability to use your skills to support and motivate your serviceusers and their families
  • Someone who has a basic understanding of mental illness
