Due to continued growth we are looking for a
Handover & Acceptance DDV (Desktop Data Validation) Coordinator to join the team, based in our Tewkesbury office but with agile working.
Reporting to the Handover & Acceptance Manager, you will be working closely with other members of the team and Cornerstone.
The H&A DDV Coordinator will review and analyse site acceptance documentation (B/HOPS-R/HOPS), to ensure the correct work activity is captured in all systems, ready for auditing and acceptance.
This will be through revision of all B/HOPS submitted by BP on all contracts. Whilst also updating required client databases and MITIE's own internal database._ What are the main responsibilities of the HOP (DDV) __Coordinator_

- Doing Desktop data validation for Handover and Acceptance who review all build handover pack from the build suppliers, Mitie carry out this role on behalf of Cornerstone
- Data transfer between systems; review of BP site packs, to ensure they meet with audit criteria i.e CS site 6 digit and 8 Digit numbers,VMO2/ CR Source numbers, site accesssite address and directions details and SOW.
- All required documentation and certificates are embedded in B/HOP.
- Participate in weekly meetings to ensure progress measures are adhered to.
- Management of Defects, including the analysis and reporting.
- Work with Specialist Services teams to provide technical advice and support as required
- Working with client and third parties to ensure Handover Packs and audits are completed on time, within scope and all issues are escalated and managed through to completion/Resolution.
- Assist in Supplier defect clearance meetings and support the wider team to achieve excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven Technical competence and experience e.g. C&G or NVQ Level 2/
- Experience of working in a technical FM environment
- Proven experience of working in telecommunications environment, field experience desirable
- Background in management of FM/Telecommunication engineers is desirable
- Experience of working with VMO2 CMDB and OMNIX.Cornerstone Siterra.
- Excellent MS office skills
