What is the purpose of the role?

The Project Support Officer role provides project, systems and administrative support to the Asset Management Team for individual projects as well as longer-term investment programmes and Asset Management processes.

The role is an integral part of the Asset Management Team by providing comprehensive systems and administrative support.

The role keeps customers informed on projects relating to their homes and neighbourhoods and facilitates customer consultation in order to provide meaningful customer input into planned programmes.
