The Company

The client is an award-winning town planning consultancy who has gained a strong reputation for working with large-scale schemes as well as smaller projects.

They work with a wide variety of projects with national, regional and local housebuilders, localplanning authorities, hotel and care operators, commercial property investment organisations in addition to homeowners and local businesses.

The Position

RTPI accredited town planning degree (or relevant)
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade and influence
Be pragmatic, proactive and passionate about planning
