We are looking for ambitious individuals that want to step up their career and begin their journey as a Graduate Sales Producer.

Our client is a specialist Commercial Insurance provider based in Bristol and they focus more on personality than experience. If you are confident, bubbly, enjoy speaking to people and building long-lasting relationships, then a career in sales would be perfect

What you'll be doing

Researching of potential clients and finding the best contact.
Following up on leads by contacting prospective clients.
Understanding clients' needs to offer the best services available.
Ensuring you're representing the company and services in the best way.
Working closely with the Senior BDE's to secure new clients.
Assisting in brokering duties where needed.

What you'll need to apply

A genuinely confident, bubbly, outgoing personality, that enjoys speaking to new people.
Previous customer service, sales, retail or similar experience is advantageous but not essential.
