We are an expanding marketing company with 25 years of experience, looking for ambitious and energetic telephone relationship builders to join our highly successful team delivering new business leads and appointments for our clients.
Within the role you will be:

Agreeing and booking appointments with decision makers when the time is right for them

Delivering new business opportunities to our clients by managing and implementing consultative telemarketing strategies for them and within a range of clearly defined market sectors

Effectively communicating with our clients throughout the process.
The role is predominantly office based and delivered through our robust and highly consultative and successful Prospect Relationship Management (PRM) telemarketing process. Some home working would be available once the probationary period has been completed.
You should have good computer skills (able to use a CRM system), numeracy and literacy skills and you'll have telemarketing/sales experience. More importantly you'll be an excellent communicator and well versed in the art of consultative questioning and listening.
The prospects for advancement are excellent.
In addition to the basic salary, profit-related bonuses are available and statutory holidays apply.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours:
No more than 37.5 per week
