Recruitment Operations Administrator - 3 Month Temporary Contract


Location:
Cirencester


What you'll be doing:


  • Managing the internal mailbox for Talent
  • In collaboration with Talent Specialist assist on RTW 'Right to Work' validation of correct documentation for RTW in the UK
  • Support Head of Interim Hires on team project administration
  • Admin responsibilities for internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Processing headcount requests and liaising with Talent Team on allocation of new roles
  • Responsible for tracking interview notes
  • Updating and administering Internal Job Board
  • Responsible for issuing/monitoring SHL Testing

Who we're looking for:


  • Especially high attention to detail
  • Proactive and flexible approach with excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work to quick turn around timeframes
  • Extensive diary management experience
  • Proven collaborator management at all levels, using tact and diplomacy as required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to be flexible to meet individual and team goals
  • CIPD (L3) would be beneficial
  • Employment Law knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience of working within a Talent Function preferred (Agency or Inhouse)
  • Experienced user of all Microsoft packages in particular outlook diaries
