Recruitment Operations Administrator - 3 Month Temporary Contract

Location:
Cirencester

What you'll be doing:

Managing the internal mailbox for Talent
In collaboration with Talent Specialist assist on RTW 'Right to Work' validation of correct documentation for RTW in the UK
Support Head of Interim Hires on team project administration
Admin responsibilities for internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Processing headcount requests and liaising with Talent Team on allocation of new roles
Responsible for tracking interview notes
Updating and administering Internal Job Board
Responsible for issuing/monitoring SHL Testing

Who we're looking for:

Especially high attention to detail
Proactive and flexible approach with excellent organisation skills
Ability to work to quick turn around timeframes
Extensive diary management experience
Proven collaborator management at all levels, using tact and diplomacy as required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to be flexible to meet individual and team goals
CIPD (L3) would be beneficial
Employment Law knowledge is an advantage
Experience of working within a Talent Function preferred (Agency or Inhouse)
Experienced user of all Microsoft packages in particular outlook diaries
