Teaching Assistants within
Primary and Secondary education within the
Birmingham area.


SPR are currently expanding our team and are seeking dedicated
Teaching Assistants to join us in the vibrant Birmingham area.

What will you be doing?

You will be an integral part of the educational experience, providing support to teachers and fostering a positive learning environment for primary and secondary students.


Essential Requirements:


  • Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education
  • T Level in Education and Early Years


  • Enhanced DBS

  • Working with children.

Birmingham


Job Type:

Full time / Part time / Flexible working


Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering effective and engaging lessons

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

Collaborate with teachers to implement individualised education plans

Support classroom management and assist in maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
