The role


It's an exciting role and a real opportunity to start a career in Finance, with a structured training programme for you to become a CIMA chartered accountant.

This role allows you to gain a valued qualification whilst supporting the finance team to produce MI, enabling the Commercial Finance team to produce accurate management accounts and reporting across all functions.

We'll support you on your learning journey alongside helping you develop in your role.

You'll work with colleagues across Lakeland and play your part in helping us deliver against our strategic objectives.

You'll have good numerical skills and a great attention to detail that will help you complete your work to a high standard.

Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent qualification or professional experience) along with 5 GCSEs including Maths and English graded 9-4 (A* - C), this role would be perfect for someone who has studied maths, business or economics at A level and looking for an opportunity to begin their career in business.

Able to take responsibility for what you do, work independently and a good problem solver, you'll enjoy working in a fast paced environment where there is always lots going on.

You'll also enjoy being part of a team and will have a desire to learn, taking a conscientious and confidential approach to your work.

You'll enjoy getting the job done and be willing and enthusiastic in your approach to work, making sure you follow up on actions and seek out opportunities to learn and grow.
