CRM LEAD

LONDON

£80,000-£100,000+BONUS +SHARES

THE COMPANY
This company is part of a group that is within the real estate sector. This specific company that you will sit in is the data company within this group. You will work on both internal projects across the business partners as well as with external clients.
This is a sole contributor role with a huge scope. You will be setting up the full CRM across 3 businesses and supporting full end-to-end CRM projects with clients.


THE ROLE
As a CRM Lead, some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Working on top-line CRM strategy, with a focus of optimising the current customer base.
  • Work across multiple clients to support full endtoend CRM projects.
  • Work with the Director of Performance Marketing and be the goto person in terms of CRM.
  • Develop a strategy for multichannel campaigns as well as general CRM strategy and customer segmentations, targeting, etc.
  • Although strategyfocused, there will be a requirement for you to be handson using Salesforce from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful CRM Lead will have:

  • Strong knowledge of any CRM system, they use Salesforce and Zoho and this is heavily preferred.
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within a business.
  • Background working to build out a CRM function or in a fastpaced CRM environment would be ideal.
  • Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
  • Working on multichannel is required.
