Part Time Credit Controller, Harrogate, £21-25,000 plus benefits
Do you have credit control experience? Are you looking to join a fast-paced finance team to help manage and maintain credit with new and existing customers?


Skills Required Skills:


  • Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience essential
  • Knowledge and usage of credit referencing databases
  • Able to demonstrate improvement in collection performance in previous role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised with good Microsoft Office skills

Key Duties:


  • Manage and release credit holds
  • Resolve customer queries and issues
  • Proactively chase outstanding debt
  • Allocate cash and merchant transactions
  • Review and clear overpayments
  • Reconcile statements with customers
  • Identify opportunities to improve department systems and performance
