About you as Finance Assistant

Accounting qualification (or working towards) is desirable
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge and experience of account procedures
Passion and understanding for hospitality
High levels of computer literacy including Excel
Previous experience using SAP and Procure Wizard advantageous
Happy to work Monday
Friday in our dandy finance office

Aim of Finance Assistant role
To support the operation through maintaining appropriate controls and administration and accounting functions

The role of Finance Assistant

Proactively updaing flood flash an management allowances daily where needed
Support cash banking and reconciliation
FB Audit reconciliation and run Void reports and liaise with FB team where necessary
Update Procure Wizard accordingly when goods/services are being received/completed and deal with any new suppliers via our Head of Procurement
To raise PO for departments, including beverage or stationery when required as per stock levels
Liaise with various teams for stock count are carried out within deadline and complete relevant SAP journals
To perform basic holiday cover for other office members showing teamwork and flexibility
