Description

Borthwick Group, a Heating and Insulation company based in Hartlepool, are currently looking for a permanent full time waste disposal operative to join us.

This position will involve travelling throughout the UK, following our insulation teams to collect and dispose of waste.

Responsibilities:

Collect and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of waste collection areas
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks

Skills:
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labour as required

Attention to detail to ensure proper sorting and disposal of waste materials
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Salary:
£21,000/annum, with a salary review based on performance

We are looking for a start date for this position for the 26th February 2024, so those interested must be available for an immediate start.
